1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of smartskillscraft.com and all related services provided by Smart Skills Craft AI Academy, including:

• Group training programs
• 1:1 AI coaching sessions
• Email subscriptions and updates
• Future self-paced courses

By accessing our website, applying to programs, booking coaching sessions, or subscribing to updates, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old

4. Our Services

a) Group Programs

• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance
• We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion
• If accepted, we'll send schedules and materials via email
• Limited to 10 participants per monthly cohort

b) 1:1 Coaching

• Subject to coach availability and scheduling
• Professional consultation on AI implementation
• Custom guidance based on your specific needs
• Not a substitute for professional business or legal advice

c) Email Subscriptions

• Voluntary subscription to program updates
• Unsubscribe available in every email
• Used only for service-related communications

4a. 1:1 Coaching Services

Booking and Scheduling

• Booking requests submitted via our forms do not guarantee session availability
• We'll provide available time slots within 48-72 hours of your request
• Sessions must be confirmed via calendar invite before payment
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice

Session Conduct

• Sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed
• Conducted via video conference (Google Meet, Zoom, or similar)
• Preparation materials may be shared before sessions
• Session recordings require explicit consent from both parties

Payment Terms

• Payment required before session confirmation
• Current rate: $97 per session (subject to change)
• Payment processed through secure third-party providers
• No refunds except in cases of our cancellation or technical failure

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full reschedule, no penalty
• Less than 24 hours: 50% fee applies
• No-show: Full session fee applies
• Our cancellation: Full refund or priority rescheduling

5. User Conduct

You must not:

• Use our site for unlawful purposes
• Disrupt or damage our systems
• Submit false information
• Share content or materials without permission

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5a. Service-Specific Conduct

Group Programs

• Attend sessions as scheduled when possible
• Participate respectfully with other participants
• Complete exercises to maximize learning value

1:1 Coaching Sessions

• Be punctual for scheduled sessions
• Come prepared with specific questions or challenges
• Implement recommendations at your own discretion and risk
• Respect confidentiality of shared business information

General Conduct

• Provide accurate information in all communications
• Use services for legitimate business purposes only
• Respect intellectual property and confidentiality

6. Intellectual Property

• Course materials (slides, videos, documents) are protected.
• You may use them only for personal, non-commercial educational use.
• Do not copy, share, or republish content without permission.

7. Payments and Refunds

Group Programs

• Currently offered free of charge
• Future paid programs will have specific terms provided before enrollment

1:1 Coaching Sessions

• $97 per 60-minute session (rates subject to change)
• Payment required before session confirmation
• Secure processing through third-party payment providers
• No refunds except for our cancellation or technical failure on our end

General Payment Terms

• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Currency: USD unless otherwise specified
• Taxes: Your responsibility based on local requirements
• Disputes: Must be raised within 30 days of service delivery

• Uninterrupted access

9. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, income, profits, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on our guidance or recommendations
• Third-party AI platform changes, outages, or policy updates
• Technical issues during sessions beyond our reasonable control
• Business outcomes from implementing suggested strategies

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Effect of Termination

• Access removal to materials and future communications
• Outstanding payments remain due
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination
