Privacy Policy

Short version. I collect only what you put in the application form, use it to set up and run your free session, never sell it or add you to a mailing list, and delete it on request or within 12 months.

What I collect

From the application form: your name, email, and your answers about your work and how you use AI.
During the session: my notes about your workflow and the setup we build together.
After the session, only if you choose to give it: your feedback.

Please don't include sensitive information (health, finances, passwords, client data) in the form or share it during the session.

Why I use it

To review your application and contact you to pick a time.
To run the session and send you a short follow-up.
To improve the program, using anonymised patterns only (no names).

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps you ask me to take before a session (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who else handles it

Google (Forms, Drive, Gmail, Meet): stores form answers and emails. Data may be processed outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Netlify: hosts this website and keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

I don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies.

How long I keep it

Application answers and session notes are deleted within 12 months after the session, or sooner if you ask. I'll only mention you or your results publicly with your explicit written permission.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent. Email me and I'll respond within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ): uoou.gov.cz.
